The yard is lined with an assortment of tropical trees including 20 palms, 2 flamboyant, 3 bananas, a lemon and a mango. A variety of flowering shrubs allow privacy around our beautiful oversized pool.  Great for doing laps anytime of the day!

 Enjoy your meals outside on our large deck adjacent to the kitchen. Small appliances are included to make cooking at home an enjoyable experience: automatic coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric mixer, and 2 food processors.



Our modern kitchen has a wall oven & broiler,  4-burner cook top, automatic dishwasher, microwave, and double door refrigerator & freezer with ice maker.

A large dining and living room area afford ample space to entertain or simply relax with family and friends. The large glass doors on two sides of the living area slide into the wall pockets opening up to the beautiful views on both decks.

The master bedroom is on the top floor of the villa with a queen size bed and large private bath with Jacuzzi. The bottom floor has two bedrooms (one with a queen size bed; the other with 2 single beds), a private bath and laundry facilities.
